Job Description
• Requirements gathering (organize meetings/workshops/interviews with Business Key Users, Business Experts, and other Stakeholders);

DESCRIPTION of the TASKS:
• Organize and lead workshops with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements. Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the project lifecycle
• Define, document, and communicate clear, detailed business and functional requirements based on EUAA standard templates.
• Analyse existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and pinpoint areas for improvement
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support informed decision-making and recommend actionable strategies for process optimization
• Diagnose issues in existent systems to identify errors/deficiencies and draft requirements to resolve them
• Create, maintain, and regularly update relevant documentation/requirements
• Provide high-level (Level 2) support to end users, addressing tickets from the EUAA Service Desk that require more in-depth functional analysis and diagnosis
• Create detailed business process models following the EUAA approved modelling notation/design modelling software
• Draft use cases and assist/execute user acceptance testing to ensure that the system developed meets the business requirements and is according to the specifications agreed to
• Create low fidelity wireframes using the EUAA wireframing design tool
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop wireframes and prototypes that align with business requirements. Ensure the user interface and user experience are optimized for end-users, facilitating effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Review all software quality assurance (QA) activities with the QA Tester or project stakeholders to ensure the product meets the requirements and business needs.
• Recommend and develop strategies to streamline workflows and improve overall business performance
• Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Ensure that business requirements are appropriately captured in the EUAA IT systems such as JIRA and prioritized for Agile development cycles
• Support the preparation and delivery of training sessions (for end users and for the new comers in the team)
