- Responds to customer questions and concerns by phone to maintain good customer relations.
- Communicate any customer, job site, mix quality, plant, and any other concerns and issues related to the business to the appropriate entity (i.e., sales, QC, operations, or management).
- Remotely Verifies material once loaded and remotely weighs trucks to ensure the correct quantity is shipped.
- Computes accounts receivable to ensure the accuracy of cash sales and receipts.
- Responsible for recording operating data on a form.
- Responsible for reporting malfunctioning equipment and writing repair work orders.
- Must have the ability to follow directions from a supervisor.
- Must have the ability to appear for work on time. Attendance and detail-oriented are essential to this position.
- Must be highly dependable.
- Telephone, keyboard, computer, and 10-key operator experience are a plus.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- One to two years of Weighmaster experience preferred
- Construction/transportation administrative experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
