Manager-Outage

This position will establish an outage organization responsible for outage preparation and execution and develop and monitor adherence to pre-outage milestones, outage scope, and pre outage work and schedules. This position will supervise outage-planning section and develop and approve outage schedules. It will also establish and maintain outage performance indicators based on industry best practices, provide plant management with outage preparation/execution status. It will also develop and execute lessons learned program and final outage reports and critiques. There will also be benchmarking within the industry to achieve outage objectives. Serves as a member of the Emergency Response Organization.
