Develop, maintain, and control the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the SMR program across all phases of the SMR lifecycle, from design through plant startup, and across multiple cross-functional departments. This includes:

Job Description
- Ensure accurate predecessor/successor logic and sequencing between interdependent activities performed by different organizations.
- Coordinate between engineering, licensing, procurement, manufacturing, and construction to align schedules with technical maturity, regulatory milestones, and constructability constraints.
- Adjust schedules based on actual progress, approved scope changes, or execution challenges, ensuring impacts to milestones and critical paths are clearly identified and communicated.
- Track schedule progress and analyze variances against baseline plans to identify and manage schedule-driven risks and constraints
- Evaluate planned and earned value
- Assess schedule variance, and performance trends.
- Forecast and prepare cost impact assessments, including support to Estimate at Complete (EAC)
- Identify schedule risks, constraints, and conflicts
- Perform Milestone confidence and sensitivity assessments
- Incorporate approved risk mitigation actions into the IMS and forecast
- Communicate schedule risk exposure and confidence levels
