Job Description
Participate in the implementation projects (workshops of parameter setting, acceptance, assistance to the starting, training of the administrators and the users) and write reports for the follow-up of the project
Participate in the translation of the client's needs into deliverables, writing documentation and presentations (design, application documentation, acceptance tests, training materials)
Configure the modules for the implementation of a functional solution adapted to the client's needs, evaluate the impact of the configurations on the processes or HR modules of the domain of expertise (Core HR, Payroll, Time, Talent)
Integrate the latest version of the solution into the current environment used by the client in its business processes (data transfer from the old version to the new version of the HRIS solution)
