Job Description

General Summary Reporting to the Director, Sales DACH, the position will work closely with the Internal Sales and Technical Sales teams to drive the overall Company Business Strategy. Develops and executes Sales Business Plans and Strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and position the company as a strategic supplier to Key customers within Region. Responsibilities Manages customer activities within the defined region, works in conjunction with the Technical Product Solutions Manager and Internal Sales Representatives to introduce the Rochester Electronics product to customers and to increase the customer portfolio per the agreed business development plan. Identifies target customers, builds relationships, and develops strategies utilizing all available resources to grow the account base within the specified region. Lead generation, qualifying business opportunities, and business presentations. Responsible for accurate and timely forecasting of new business opportunities and revenue for the region Ensuring CRM is utilized and maintained daily. Provides effective communication and service to the customer base and effectively navigates internally to priorities on active business opportunities. Travel within the assigned region will be expected at min. 50% Other Duties Responsibilities Other duties as assigned.
