General Summary This position forms a critical part of the Rochester Electronics Asia Pacific Sales organization based out Singapore Asia Regional Office. Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, Asia Pacific, this individual will be positioned in a team environment working closely with the Inside Sales Team, Regional Sales Team, and Technical Sales Team driving the overall Company Business Strategy. Support and execute Business Plans and Sales Strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and position the company as a strategic supplier with the assigned customer base. Exceed defined sales/revenue budget for the Asia Pacific. Promote Rochester Electronics' full range of Products and Services. Responsibilities Work in tandem with Inside Sales Colleagues providing best-in-class service and sales support to customers in the Asia Pacific region, ie ASEAN, ANZ, Taiwan, Korea India Owner of direct customer activities within a defined customer base, working in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager and Technical Manager to increase sales of Rochester Electronics products and services to customers in accordance with agreed strategies and business plans. Identify major opportunities, gain information, and develop strategies utilizing all available resources to close business and grow the assigned account base. In conjunction with the Regional Sales Team, the position will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualifying business opportunities, creating and delivering sales presentations, creating sales proposals, and negotiating and closing the deal. Responsible for accurate and timely forecasting of new business opportunities and revenue for the customer base and ensuring CRM is utilized and maintained on a daily basis. Provide effective communication and service to the customer base and effectively navigate internally to influence decisions and priorities on active business opportunities. Provide continuous feedback on issues proposals to improve the efficiency of the team
