Compensation

$90,000 – $125,000 + Bonus + Profit Sharing


The Opportunity

We are partnered with a highly specialized engineering and manufacturing company that designs and builds custom automated machinery used across North America.

This is not a traditional design role.

Engineers here are responsible for the full lifecycle of each machine — from concept and design through fabrication, testing, and final customer delivery. Every project is different, and your work is visible in real-world production environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design custom machinery and automated equipment using SolidWorks

• Work with mechanical systems including conveyors, gearboxes, motors, and pneumatics

• Develop detailed BOMs and mechanical assemblies

• Collaborate with fabrication and assembly teams during builds

• Support in-house testing and machine runoffs

• Interface with internal teams and customers throughout project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical Engineering degree or relevant technical background

• Strong SolidWorks experience

• Experience in machinery, automation, or capital equipment

• Mechanical systems knowledge (power transmission, pneumatics, motion systems)

• Hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving ability
