The Role
This is a door-to-door sales role where you’ll work in neighborhoods connecting with homeowners.
You’ll learn how to:
• Knock doors and start conversations
• Identify potential roof or exterior damage
• Schedule free inspections
• Help homeowners navigate insurance claims
• Build your own pipeline and close deals
No experience? No problem — we train you.
Compensation
• 1099 independent contractor
• Uncapped commissions
• $15K–$50K+ summer earning potential (top performers earn more)
• Paid weekly (every Friday)
• Bonuses and incentives throughout the summer
RISE Leadership Program (Optional Growth Track)
For those who want more than just a summer job, our RISE (Rose Initiation: Standards of Excellence) program is a 12-week development track focused on building leaders.
You’ll work on:
• Defining your purpose (“your why”)
• Building discipline and high standards
• Developing leadership and mental toughness
Participants can earn rewards throughout the program, including a $2,000 bonus upon completion.

Schedule
Full-time summer commitment:
