Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead to support daily warehouse and inspection operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating workflow, supporting production teams, ensuring quality standards are met, and promoting a safe and organized workplace. 2nd & 3rd shift available!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor activities within assigned work areas or inspection tables
- Oversee inspection processes and support production personnel throughout the shift
- Ensure customer and production requirements are completed accurately and on time
- Lead by example through professionalism, organization, and strong housekeeping practices
- Ensure employees follow all workplace safety procedures and policies
- Report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns immediately to management
- Prepare shift start-up activities including paperwork, table setup, and job requirements
- Ensure proper tools and materials are available for all assigned tasks
- Provide on-the-job training and instruction for employees as needed
- Communicate procedures and expectations clearly to team members
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to supervisors or management
- Report policy or procedure violations when necessary
- Support all quality, safety, and operational initiatives
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or team lead experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
