Insurance Manager - Europe

The Requirements:

• Strong hands‑on claims and insurance administration experience.
• Solid understanding of insurance fundamentals and basic financial concepts.
• Comfortable working independently in a low‑structure environment with minimal day‑to‑day supervision.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive; able to manage multiple small issues in parallel.
• Confident communicator, able to work with stakeholders across countries and functions.
• Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or asset‑heavy environment is a plus, not a must.
• Fluent English required.
