Job Description

Position: Tibco Developer/ Lead

Location: Richardson, TX

Duration: 6 Months 

Summary: The principal developer injects strong TIBCO experience and technical leadership to the team. The principal works with the Performance Testing Team, TIBCO Developers and the Operations Team to conduct performance tests and tuning exercises. The principal developer identifies proper test cases for the exercises, conducts the evaluation and recommends action items to improve performance and scalability. The principal developer works with TIBCO developers to ensure best practices for performance are followed for optimal performance. The principal developer will leverage WSRR & DataPower to define and enforce SLA & SLD policies. The principal developer may also recommend additions or changes to the infrastructure as necessary. The principal developer has deep experience in integration technologies and design patterns, and mentors other team members to raise their skill levels.
