What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous automotive dealership sales management experience required
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Experience desking deals and helping close opportunities
• Ability to motivate, train, and support sales consultants
• Strong understanding of dealership sales process, follow-up, and customer experience
• Confidence working with internet leads, BDC, finance, and ownership
• Ability to create accountability while keeping the team energized
• A fun, upbeat personality and positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• VinSolutions CRM experience is a plus
