Mechanical Regional Construction Manager

You will work alongside another Regional Mechanical Construction Manager to drive strong performance of your team by selling profitable mechanical construction projects and executing exceptional customer service to our North Central, WI area customers. You will actively manage the profit and loss of the mechanical project portion of the North Central Regional financials, determining annual contract sales goals for the region and individual sales team members’ goals. As a Regional Manager, you will have direct oversight of a team of mechanical project management individuals and will work closely with operations to successfully ensure execution of regional work.
