Job Responsibilities

1. Lead the R&D team to formulate the overall development plan, technical route, and project schedule for the new gas detector project, ensuring the smooth progress and successful delivery of the project.
2. Be responsible for the core technical research and development of gas detectors, including sensor selection and calibration, circuit design, software algorithm development, and product performance optimization.
3. Oversee the entire product development process, from product design, prototype production, and testing verification to mass production transfer, and solve technical problems encountered in each link in a timely manner.
4. Establish and improve the R&D management system and technical standard system of the team, standardize the R&D process, and improve the efficiency and quality of R&D work.
5. Lead the team to conduct market research and technical tracking, pay attention to the latest technological trends and market demands in the field of gas detection, and provide technical support for the company's product strategy and market expansion.
6. Be responsible for the construction and management of the R&D team, including personnel recruitment, training, assessment, and motivation, to build a high- quality and efficient R&D team.

 

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or related majors; a master's degree or above is preferred.
2. More than 8 years of R&D experience in the field of gas detectors, including at least 2 years of R&D team management experience. Have successfully led the development and launch of at least one gas detector product.
3. Profound professional knowledge in gas sensor technology (such as electrochemical sensors, infrared sensors, catalytic combustion sensors), circuit design (analog circuit, digital circuit), embedded system development, and software programming (C/C++).
4. Familiar with the relevant standards and regulations in the field of gas detection (such as GB, IEC, ATEX), and have experience in product certification (such as CE, CSA).
5. Strong project management capabilities, technical problem-solving capabilities, and team leadership skills. Can work under pressure and complete the project tasks on time.
6. Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and innovative awareness. Passionate about the R&D work of industrial safety detection equipment.

 

Preferred Qualifications

1. Master's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related major.
   1. More than 5 years of working experience in the gas detection instrument industry, with successful cases of project management experience;
   2. Familiar with the performance characteristics of gas sensors (e.g., electrochemical sensors, catalytic combustion sensors, infrared sensors) and have experience in matching and optimizing sensor circuits.
   3. Experience in handling complex customer complaint issues of industrial instruments, and a good track record of improving customer satisfaction.
