Job Description
Lead, motivate, and supervise the branch sales team to ensure sales targets and performance objectives are achieved.
Provide continuous coaching and mentoring to the sales team to enhance performance and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Enhance customer satisfaction while ensuring sustainable business growth.
Identify, develop, and propose new business opportunities to support branch expansion and development.
Monitor and analyze market trends, including competitors’ activities, to maintain a competitive advantage.
Foster strong collaboration and maintain effective working relationships with HQ and other internal departments.
Prepare the annual branch budget and monitor financial expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
Prepare and present reports to the management team as required.
Ensure clear and effective communication between the sales team and support departments (office and service) to execute business priorities efficiently.
Oversee and supervise the collection process to ensure timely recovery of accounts receivable balances.
