Job Description
Leverage data analytics to identify systemic weaknesses and drive measurable process improvements that reduce shrinkage, labor cost, and obsolescence expense.
Lead or support Kaizen events, technology adoption projects, and capital initiatives that improve accuracy and productivity.
Identify cost drivers in receiving and inventory operations; implement efficiencies and innovative solutions while maintaining or exceeding service levels.
Develop, document, train, and audit adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and material handling.
