Job Description

  • Conduct periodic meetings with corporate customers assigned to the designated sales channel; perform machine presentations and demonstrations.

  • Evaluate customer needs within the channel and develop appropriate cleaning solutions.

  • Increase sales to corporate customers, manage collections for completed sales, and maintain and strengthen customer relationships.

  • Develop projects aimed at increasing business volume in line with customer needs and demands. Inform customers about new products and services.

  • Contribute to the development of sales channels.

  • Conduct initial meetings with prospects who directly contact the Company and ensure proper follow-up.

  • Coordinate with the direct manager regarding customers identified as key accounts in terms of potential and continuity.

  • Monitor target audiences, expectations, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the assigned region and report to the manager.

  • Coordinate with the After-Sales Services Department regarding technical service requests from customers.

  • Ensure that all sales-related tasks, reports, and assignments requested by the manager are completed accurately and on time.

  • Achieve sales targets on both a customer and regional basis.
