Job Description

Responsibilities include:

operate and troubleshoot the computerized raw material batching system for the Bakery Plant
maintain the appropriate inventory levels of raw materials
plan bulk ingredient and yeast usage
schedule Dry Mix production
receive bulk ingredient deliveries and
other duties as assigned.
