Job Description

  • Lead market intelligence, opportunity screening and competitive analysis; Maintain a high-quality pipeline in CRM and internal reporting tools.
  • Drive early client engagement activities (market soundings, RFIs, pre-procurement dialogues) and help map public-sector decision processes.
  • Commercial positioning and upstream structuring: scope definition, remuneration mechanisms, performance regimes and risk allocation.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, treasury and technical teams to translate commercial intent into bankable contractual positions.
  • Prepare and Present opportunity reviews, strategy notes and recommendations for internal governance committees; participate in post-bid reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Represent Keolis at selected industry events alongside senior leadership when required
