Job Description
This role manages HR system transactions within Oracle HCM (aka myHR), ensures the integrity of employee and job data, and supports job evaluation, market pricing, and compensation initiatives. The Specialist also provides customer service support to the campus community, serves as back-up for the HR front desk and HR Assistant, and contributes to system testing and process improvement efforts.
