岗位经验/技能/要求Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
本科及以上，物理，材料科学与工程，化学与工程，热能与工程，机械等专业，具有2年以上从事材料性能测试的经验，要对测试设备以及原理有深刻的理解, 英文能阅读及书读写优先
具有较强的分析能力，熟悉石墨热能测试、胶带粘性测试,高低温环境及常见物理测试等优先。
了解MSA及HSF有害物质相关知识
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Physics, Materials Science and Engineering, Chemistry and Engineering, Thermal Energy and Engineering, Machinery, etc., with more than 2 years of experience in material performance testing. Possess a deep understanding of testing equipment and principles and be able to read and write in English with priority given to reading and writing books.
Strong analytical skills, familiar with graphite thermal energy testing, tape adhesion testing, high and low temperature environments, and common physical testing are preferred.
主要职责Principal accountabilities/Main tasks:
负责实验室整体规划；
Responsible for overall laboratory planning.
根据产品的要求，制定相应的成品测试方案和检测方法，并制定相应的作业指导书
Develop corresponding finished product testing plans and methods based on product requirements and develop corresponding work instructions.
按照测试计划和检测方法进行实验。并对实验方法过程进行确认，确保实际操作与要求一致性。确保数据的准确性；
Conduct experiments according to the testing plan and testing methods. And confirm the experimental method process to ensure consistency between actual operation and requirements. Ensure the accuracy of data.
根据测试计划，如期按质的完成实验和测试，并对数据进行整理，分析和汇报；
According to the testing plan, complete the experiment and testing on schedule and with quality, and organize, analyze, and report the data.
制定检验计划，并组织对样品材料进行入厂检验（包括XRF检测）；
Develop an inspection plan and organize incoming inspections of sample materials (including XRF testing)
负责实验室测试设备进行MSA ；
Responsible for conducting MSA on laboratory testing equipment.
负责对实验室测试员进行培训；
Responsible for training laboratory testers
内部实验室能力不足时，联系第三方实验室进行测试；
When internal laboratory capabilities are insufficient, contact a third-party laboratory for testing
提供合理化建议改善测试流程；
Provide rational suggestions to improve the testing process.
与质量工程师、测量组积极配合；
Actively cooperate with quality engineers and measurement teams
完成质量部经理分配的其他工作
Complete other tasks assigned by the Quality Manager
