Job Description

  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client engagements, including stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, deliverable development, project and financial management, and coaching of junior team members.
  • Manage and guide project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, strong client relationships and effective project execution.
  • Support the development of the practice’s intellectual capital, contributing to methodologies, thought leadership, whitepapers and internal knowledge assets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively engaging with clients and prospects to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to create value.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including opportunity identification, proposal development and participation in client presentations.
