Family Dental Group � Decatur is seeking a high-performing, Dental Treatment Coordinator for our practice located in Marietta, GA on Shallowford Road, near the intersection of Shallowford Rd and Sandy Plains Rd, in a professional medical office complex, at 2525 Shallowford Road Suite 300 Marietta, GA 30066.
The Treatment Coordinator is a critical role for the practice, and we are specifically seeking a candidate who brings both strong operational discipline and a proven ability to drive case acceptance.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental practice (required)
- Strong track record of case acceptance and production growth
- Exceptional customer service and patient communication skills
- Ability to confidently present treatment plans, discuss financial options, and overcome objections
- High attention to detail with insurance verification, treatment plan accuracy, and follow-up systems
- Organized, accountable, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and close treatment plans with a focus on patient understanding and value
- Ensure accurate insurance breakdowns and financial arrangements
- Manage unscheduled treatment and follow-up pipelines
- Collaborate closely with providers and front office team to ensure seamless patient flow
- Uphold and execute structured workflows around case presentation and conversion

Pay Range:
- Target range: $22 � $24/hour, based on experience and proven performance
- Open to higher consideration for candidates with a strong, verifiable track record in case acceptance and production growth
Schedule:
- Monday � Thursday: 7:45 AM � 5:30 PM
- Friday: 7:45 AM � 1:30 PM
- Full-time, aligned with provider schedules and patient flow
- Weekends off!
