Spectra Dental Specialist in Hoover is growing, and we�re excited to welcome a Full-Time Treatment Coordinator to our established and supportive team!

What You�ll Do:
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Present treatment plans and help patients understand procedures and costs
- Verify insurance and file claims
- Manage patient accounts and billing
- Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with front desk team members to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient
What We�re Looking For:
- Previous dental office experience
- Dentrix knowledge (preferred but not required)
- Reliable and hardworking
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Passion for helping people and delivering excellent patient care
Preferred:
- Experience with treatment planning
- Insurance verification knowledge
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
