Partner with managers and Corporate HR to understand workforce requirements, coach on effective interviewing, and ensure consistent hiring practices.
Provide guidance on performance management, corrective actions, policy interpretation, and employee development.
Oversee employee relations, conduct investigations, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
Administer benefits, leave programs, wellness initiatives, and maintain accurate HRIS and personnel records.
Support organizational development efforts including performance reviews, development plans, and succession planning.
Lead labor relations activities, including managing grievances, interpreting the labor agreement, preparing job postings, and participating as a member of the company bargaining committee.
Coordinate seasonal workforce processes, including migrant labor planning, compliance requirements, and agency relationships.
Build positive relationships throughout the plant, uphold Lakeside’s cultural values, and support employee engagement initiatives.
