Job Description

Our Use and Care Specialist plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position involves visiting customers in their homes to provide hands-on demonstrations of their new appliances, ensuring they feel confident and comfortable using and maintaining their products.

In addition to in-home support, this individual will assist with live demonstrations and events in our showroom, helping to showcase product features and create an engaging, informative experience for customers.

Above all, success in this role requires a friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine desire to help others. A natural ability to connect with people and make them feel at ease is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Making appointments with customers for use and care demos
  • Responsible for learning and maintaining knowledge of multiple brands of appliances
  • Purchasing items needed for all demonstrations
  • Assisting with events and demos in the showroom.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service or sales preferably with high end appliances.
  • Personable and professional demeanor with a focus on customer service and follow-through.
  • Knowledge of retail business, execution, and products.
  • Experience working within national or regional retail stores preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related computer hardware and software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • All new-hires must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
