Director of People & Culture Business Partnership

Reporting to the Global Head of People & Culture Business Partners, the Director of People & Culture Business Partnership – Corporate Legal Services (CLS) & Digital Brand Services (DBS) will collaborate with the global People & Culture team and CLS/DBS business leaders to provide consultative People & Culture support. The Senior P&C Business Partner will provide a proactive approach in order to support geographically dispersed teams, while also being the primary HR contact for senior CLS & DBS leaders. This role requires the ability to seamlessly transition between strategic and tactical responsibilities, while embodying CSC’s core values and is responsible for leading a team of P&C Business Partners associated to the CLS & DBS business units.
