Job Description
Complete the final breakdown of functions by cleaning the room and returning equipment to its proper location. Perform closing duties, including storing reusable items, locking doors, and breaking down goods. Set up and maintain work areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Transport dirty linens for cleaning, separating napkins from tablecloths, and restocking clean linens. Follow clean-as-you-go procedures to maintain cleanliness throughout the day. Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimal guest service.
