Job Description
The Talent Management Career Mobility Program Manager serves as the regional owner for key Talent Mobility programs, including the design and implementation of a talent marketplace and other career development initiatives, to include skill-based career pathing, job matching, curated learning, mentoring initiatives and rotation programs. This role is responsible for the end-to-end design, delivery, and continuous improvement of assigned programs that encourage employee growth through continuous skill development, enhance internal talent pipelines, and promote development through functional moves and job rotation. The role applies expert judgment to translate talent priorities into scalable program frameworks, ensuring program governance and quality across the organization. The role partners closely with HRBPs, stakeholders, and system owners to ensure programs are effective, equitable, and data-driven, and leverages Oracle talent modules to support program execution and reporting.
