Job Responsibilities
- Establishes basic reporting structures for Supply Chain Management (SCM), disseminating dashboards and analytical insights derived from data analysis.
- Works under general supervision and identies trends, patterns, and anomalies within the supply chain data,providing valuable insights for process improvements, optimizing efficiency and minimizing risks.
- Develops and implements robust Supply Chain Management (SCM) data management practices to ensure accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of data assets.
- Collaborates within SCRUM framework to deliver reporting projects, adhering to iterative development methodologies for efficient project execution.
- Utilizes statistical methods and data visualization techniques to address low to medium complexity requests, extracting actionable insights from data to inform decision-making processes.
- Follows established processes and operational policies to maintain consistency and compliance within reporting and data management activities.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies in supply chain processes and develop datadriven solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Assists in preparing comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing key ndings, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Conducts ad-hoc analysis and special projects as requested by management, providing timely and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements (including record management) and continuous improvement of quality relevant processes within area of responsibility.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Operations Research, or equivalent.
Work Experience
No prior experience required with Bachelor's OR minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in Data Analysis, Supply Chain Management, Operations or equivalent.
