Job Description
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
- Minimum of two experience in customer service or closely related field will be considered; utility experience a plus.
- Requires the ability to communicate with internal and external customers in order to obtain and/or provide basic facts using by phone, email, and letter.
- Requires the ability to perform basic mathmatical skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
- Requires proficient computer skills for data entry, reporting, reference and/or retrieval of tasks.
Requires proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
