You will act as a true talent hunter, responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment processes across a wide range of technical profiles, including developers, QA engineers, data specialists, DevOps, AI, and cybersecurity professionals. The role requires a strong mix of sourcing expertise, stakeholder management, and consultative recruitment skills in a fast-paced, global environment. You will collaborate closely with international clients and hiring teams, ensuring high-quality candidate experiences and successful placements. This position is ideal for a proactive recruiter who thrives on sourcing passive talent and building strong technical pipelines.
