We’re looking for a commercially driven  Performance Manager who thrives on coaching others, solving problems with pace, and using data to unlock the full potential of our Maths and English tuition centres across the UK. This is a field-based role with weekly travel, giving you the chance to work closely with Centre Managers and guide them in delivering exceptional outcomes for children, families and colleagues.
