We're looking for individuals who embody our bias for action, can think big, and are excited about solving complex logistics challenges in real-time. You'll be part of a team that's building the future of retail, working across EU markets to ensure we maintain our promise of ultra-fast delivery to our customers.
Key job responsibilities
• Monitor Nexus operations and coordinate with site operators across the EU network
• Manage processing capacity in real-time, responding to volume changes and operational issues.
• Track and resolve exceptions to maintain service quality
• Communicate with operations teams and stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly
• Report on performance metrics and support process improvements.
• Communicate with various departments, facilitating the flow of information between different stakeholders and resolving any potential issues that impact business continuity.
• Maintain and report up to date and accurate statistics, management reports and analysis.
A day in the life
The position offers fixed work schedules during the night including weekends, with rotating rest days throughout the week.
This position is office-based.

Amazon Logistics, or AMZL, handles ‘last mile’ delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. We utilise creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into the hands of our customers. Our goal is to make our customers’ delivery experience as smooth as possible and roll out global delivery solutions for our newest concepts.
Nexus is a micro-fulfillment solution designed to enable faster same-day delivery service by combining storage and dispatch operations within existing Amazon buildings, primarily Delivery Stations. The initiative also integrates fresh and frozen groceries into their Same Day delivery service, creating a convenient one-stop shopping experience for customers in need of immediate grocery delivery.

- Knowledge of advanced English at CEFR level B2/C1
- Relevant experience in an analytical tasks or projects, working with data
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in transportation or supply chain within a high-volume logistics, manufacturing or engineering environment
- Experience programming, prototyping and scripting with Oracle, SQL, Hive, Pig, SAS, R, Weka, or Python
