Job Description
We are actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Admin Intern to provide essential administrative and documentation support to our Legal Department. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain practical experience in a corporate legal setting while honing their organizational and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Supporting the Legal Department as an Admin for receiving & storing hard copies of Contracts, Agreements, Appendixes, PO, Acceptance Minutes, Licenses & other paperwork for all Entities of the Company.
- Supporting the Legal Team to record the Contract number, CAMID, and SO number.
- Supporting the Legal Team to scan files & update to the big data of the Regional Team according to CAMID.
- Supporting the Legal Team to closely follow up with PICs & collect back pending hard copies.
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
- Support the departments as needed.
Who You Are
- Fresh graduates or final-year students in law-related degrees are preferred.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese & English.
- Dedicated, careful & fast learning. Result-driven and possess a strong sense of responsibility, as well as a great enthusiasm.
- Having the skill of organization and documentation arrangement.
- A positive thinker, a can-do attitude, constructive, goal-oriented with a teamwork mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
