Job Description
Experienced Bid Manager which produce and manage large tender and bids, typically value at $1M -$20M, for example turnkey data center bids, complex solution tenders. Coordinate and manage virtual large cross functional team comprise of between 5 to over 10 people, assembled from sales, product, service and project delivery teams to ensure that all customer-specified milestones are met, and all deliverables of the bid are produced as specified. Display strong leadership skills to manage large bids/tenders successfully. Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process. Contributing to the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation (such as preparation of a management summary). Manage the bid budget. Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues. Arrange all post bid reviews with customers, post contract award.
