This job requires that the employee assist in developing weekly paint order. Inventories paint, supplying a detailed inventory to paint shop supervisor on a weekly basis. Documents and tracks paint usage by painter. Mixes paint for production usage based on manufacturing schedule. Determine variants and paint mix variations as needed.

Education and/or Experience
This employee is required to have a high school diploma or GED. In addition, this employee is required to participate in annual training for Hazardous Waste Recycling and fire safety. This employee must be familiar with the current system of paint processing used.
Language skills
This employee needs the ability to read and verbally communicate in English.
Physical Demands
Frequently stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead.
Frequently use hands and arms to handle materials, tools, and equipment.
Regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently.
Occasionally lift and move up to 75 pounds with assistance.
Push and pull carts, racks, and equipment throughout the work area.
Perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms.
Climb ladders and work from elevated platforms as required.
Maintain visual acuity sufficient to inspect products and identify defects.
Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, noise, fiberglass particles, chemicals, and varying temperatures.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, hearing protection, respirators, gloves, and steel-toed footwear.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The fumes/gases are moderate to severe. The environment may become warm to hot upon occasion. Safety glasses are required at all times in the production environment.
This is a full-time permanent position.
