Account Director - Education

The Account Director leads a high value portfolio of clients within the Education sector, including predominantly independent schools. This role is responsible for delivering expert risk advice, managing a sizeable revenue portfolio and managing an Account Executive broker.

The position requires deep understanding of education specific risks such as , employment practices, safeguarding, cyber exposure, professional indemnity for educators, accident & health and travel and property risks. The Account Director plays a central role in portfolio growth, retention, team leadership, and client relationship management.
