At least 3 years of work experience in water supply systems, land reclamation, hydrology or hydrogeology:
Desirable: professional certificate/certificate confirming professional competence in the relevant field
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and with large-scale projects
Knowledge and practical application of legal acts and regulatory documents regulating water supply systems, land reclamation, hydrology and hydrogeology, as well as construction
Good technical English
Knowledge of document preparation rules
Excellent clerical and computer skills (MS Office environment)
