About the role:
We are looking for a Process (System) Analyst to support the design, improvement, and implementation of business workflows across the company. In this role, you will work closely with senior team members to analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and translate business requirements into structured workflow logic that can be implemented within systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Analysis & Optimization
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities
- Assist in mapping workflows, documenting dependencies, and proposing optimizations to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather process requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Support the implementation of workflow tools, including workflow engines, APIs, and automation platforms
- Assist in configuring, testing, and maintaining automated processes within systems
- Validate workflow behavior, logic conditions, and system interactions
- Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements
- Work closely with business stakeholders to support automation initiatives
- Collaborate with business teams, product managers, and engineers to ensure automation aligns with company goals
- Assist in presenting new automated workflows and process changes to end-users
- Monitor key performance metrics related to process efficiency, automation impact, and operational improvements
- Identify trends and insights that can drive further optimizations
- Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and process improvement best practices
