Perform Magnetic Particle (MT) and Liquid Penetrant (PT) inspections in accordance with approved procedures, techniques/work instructions, route cards, and customer requirements.
Set up, calibrate, and operate NDT equipment and inspection systems per method-specific procedures and calibration standards.
Inspect production parts, interpret indications, and make accept/reject decisions in accordance with applicable acceptance criteria.
Accurately completes inspection documentation, route cards, logs, and reports; properly mark and stamp inspected parts.
Compare internal inspection results to applicable standards; support customer and third-party inspection approvals as required.
Maintain inspection equipment, supplies, and work areas; perform minor equipment maintenance and report issues promptly.
Support development and revision of inspection plans, procedures, techniques, and acceptance criteria under guidance of NDT Level III.
Assist with training and mentoring of NDT trainees and Level I personnel, as assigned.
Ensure compliance with Nadcap, AS9100, customer, and internal quality requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety and housekeeping standards.
Support internal and external audits and corrective action activities.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to reduce scrap, rework, and audit findings.
Perform other duties as assigned to support NDT operations.
