- Contributing to deal origination focused workflows including creation of account plan/new idea for specific names based on client/industry research, negotiation with client.
- Production of high quality marketing materials for specific clients and cross product pitch materials including response to RFPs which differentiate Mizuho from its competitors.
- Build and maintain financial Models of quasi M&A and complex structured deals
- Coordinate with global and regional product teams to gather inputs, align deliverables, and ensure timely execution of pitches and client requests.
- Prepare sector updates, industry analysis, and market commentary to support client strategy and internal discussions.
- Work closely with credit analysts by preparing initial credit analysis, supporting credit submissions, and maintaining ongoing client monitoring materials.
- Engagement with planning of midterm country business strategy including EXP management plan and creation of internal presentation materials
- Ensure full adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards across all workstreams.
- Maintain strong awareness of compliance obligations and risk considerations in all client- and market related activities.
- Provide ad‑hoc research, analysis, and administrative support as requested by RMs, Associates, and senior team members.
