- Own the strategy, roadmap and delivery for a platform domain, turning vision into clear priorities and outcomes.
- Work closely with engineering and design as part of a product trio, making evidence‑based decisions and managing trade‑offs across teams.
- Partner with product leaders across the hospitality suites to shape shared platform capabilities and communicate plans clearly.
- Use data and AI tools to guide decisions, track adoption and explain the value of platform investment in simple terms.
- Significant experience working on platform, infrastructure, data or integration products in a software‑as‑a‑service environment.
- Strong technical understanding, with confidence discussing application programming interfaces (APIs), data models and system design with engineering teams.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and prioritising work across multiple teams or products.
- Experience using AI tools to support product discovery, decision‑making and delivery.
