Transdev is Hiring a Junior Procurement Referent (V.I.E) – Berlin, Germany Key Responsibilities : The Purchasing Department is looking for a Junior Procurement Referent to support the rollout of a software solution complementing the company’s financial system, Microsoft Dynamics. The project is led by a cross-functional team involving Purchasing, IT, and Accounting, with the objective of structuring and optimizing procurement-related data during the system implementation phase. The V.I.E will support the preparation and reconciliation of procurement data required for the system implementation. Main responsibilities include: • Reconciling procurement data (general ledger accounts, product items, product groups) between system tables and accounting specifications • Supporting the preparation and structuring of data for the software configuration • Collaborating with Purchasing, IT, and Accounting teams to ensure data consistency • Participating in data validation and quality checks during the configuration phase • Providing operational support to the project team during the system rollout
