Internal Communications Manager M/F

Transdev is hiring an Internal Communications Manager M/F based at its headquarters in Issy-les-Moulineaux Your Key responsabilities : - Shape and execute the internal communication strategy by contributing to Group objectives and priority actions. - Drive core messaging by ensuring Transdev’s purpose, vision, and strategy are clearly conveyed and embodied across all internal audiences. - Deliver impactful multi-channel campaigns , coordinating actions across digital and physical platforms. - Lead major internal events (executive seminars, leadership webinars, HQ gatherings), managing logistics, content production, and flawless execution. - Support the launch and ongoing animation of the new Group intranet (Q1 2026) by overseeing editorial management, onboarding communities, and continuously improving the platform. - Create engaging content (articles, visuals, videos, campaigns) in collaboration with agencies when needed. - Oversee HQ internal communications , ensuring consistency and quality across key channels. - Manage the communication budget , ensuring efficient allocation of resources. - Measure and optimize performance by tracking results and recommending improvements. - Support team leadership by co-managing one apprentice and fostering collaboration. - Stay ahead of trends to keep internal communication practices innovative and effective.
