Job Description

Position Summary: Responsible for coordinating customer service activities, ensuring operational excellence and strategic support to commercial and logistics areas. Acts as a link between clients, internal team and partners, ensuring compliance with deadlines, exception management and alignment with the company's long-term objectives. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: · Customer Relationship Management: Conduct client visits, follow up on project orders and ensure service according to SOP. Support the sales representative, maintaining clear and professional communication. · Operational Management and Processes: Monitor air freight operations and safety stock and its contracts. Handle exceptions and propose quick solutions to avoid impacts on the client. Support and report on changes to plans, postponements and justifications. · Commercial Activities and Reports. Obtain quotes for repeated items in the Ariba and Coupa systems (without price formation). · Support initiatives that improve processes and increase customer satisfaction. Monitoring and Management of KPIs for the area.
