- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies aligned with business targets and growth objectives.
- Translate business goals into structured acquisition programs, channel strategies, and measurable action plans.
- Drive continuous optimization of acquisition economics, including volume, conversion, and cost efficiency (CPA).
- Establish robust performance tracking across all acquisition channels.
- Monitor by timely basis on KPIs; identify gaps and lead corrective action plans.
- Deliver clear and insightful management reporting with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with channel owners, marketing, and product teams to improve funnel conversion and customer quality.
- Ensure acquisition initiatives maintain compliance, governance, and customer quality standards.
