Job Description
- Orchestrate the overall program strategy and drive End to End (e2e) execution across large/cross-functional teams.
- Set the goal and direction for a program by outlining goals and objectives, evaluating and supervising multiple projects, organizing cross-project work within the program, and defining program controls/governance/standards.
- Manage multiple cross-functional programs simultaneously with engaging priorities. Drive consistency between Cloud processes and central processes.
- Use technical judgment to drive project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals and build consensus.
- Manage escalations and unblock obstacles, ensure all leadership/stakeholders are aware of progress/blockers on a continuous basis. Demonstrate strong problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
