Job Description
B2B Partnership Manager Denmark
Department: Operations
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Europe / Remote
Reporting To: General Manager, Benelux
Description
Upway is the leading platform for certified refurbished e-bikes in Europe and the US. We buy, refurbish, and resell e-bikes through a rigorous technical process, making sustainable mobility more accessible while delivering a seamless and reliable customer experience.
The Role
Your mission is central to Upway’s growth: securing high-quality second-hand e-bikes from professional partners and structuring long-term sourcing relationships that feed our European refurbishment and resale operations.
You will work closely with a wide range of B2B partners — manufacturers, retailers, reconditioners, rental and leasing companies — and will be responsible for buying the best e-bikes at the best price, with a strong focus on volume, quality, and repeatability.
Your Missions
- Identify, prospect, and onboard independent bike shops and regional retail chains across Denmark
- Turn cold prospects into long-term partners using Upway’s trade-in and sourcing tools
- Position Upway as a trusted outlet for trade-ins, returns, excess stock, and used e-bikes
- Map the Danish rental, leasing, and fleet ecosystem, including mobility operators and corporate programs
- Negotiate ad-hoc and recurring bulk B2B deals to secure high-quality stock for Upway’s European operations
- Identify seasonal and end-of-life fleet opportunities
- Act as a reliable and hands-on partner in a relationship-driven industry
- Be equally comfortable discussing technical specifications with mechanics and commercial terms with decision-makers
- Represent Upway locally while aligning with European sourcing standards and processes
Why Join Upway
- Impact: You are directly contributing to the decarbonization of mobility by giving thousands of e-bikes a second life.
- Autonomy: You are the owner of your territory. We give you the tools, but you build the strategy.
- Growth: Join a Series C scale-up backed by top-tier investors (Sequoia, Exor) during our hyper-growth phase in Europe.
